These sourdough waffles are quick, easy, and have a great flavor and texture that you can only get with sourdough. So good!
I made some sourdough pancakes last week and they were amazing. So naturally, I decided to step up my game and adjust the recipe for the waffle maker. Unlike pancakes, I am a little hesitant to mess with waffles. I have had a few experiences where my modified recipes just didn’t work in the waffle press (do not, for the love of everything that is breakfast add grated apples to your waffle mix). So I made sure to keep my traditional waffle proportions from my Easy Waffle recipe, with a few small changes for sourdough. I was not disappointed.
